Oprah Winfrey made a name for herself by interviewing guests -- some famous, some not -- on the daytime talk show she hosted for a quarter of a century. Now she is in the ``next chapter'' of her career and stepping out of the studio to chat with her guests -- newsmakers, celebrities and real-life families among them -- in a less formal environment than a TV studio. The legendary host travels to Haiti with actor Sean Penn, firewalks with motivational speaker Tony Robbins, has a slumber party at chef Paula Deen's Georgia estate and, at the dinner table, tries to explain what TV is to a Hasidic Jewish family whose children have never seen a TV.
