New Scandinavian Cooking

``New Scandinavian Cooking'' is a culinary show that isn't filmed in a kitchen or TV studio, as are most shows of the genre. Hosted by Andreas Viestad, the series is filmed on a variety of locations throughout Scandinavia and beyond. Each episode offers a visual tour of Northern European cuisine, culture and history. Viestad serves up everything from hot-smoked pork to fried fudge cheese, while showcasing stunning outdoor locations from downtown Oslo, Norway, to the scenic coast of Southwestern Sweden.
