Many people are addicted to shopping. It can be a dangerous addiction, especially for people who can't afford it. Each episode of this docuseries profiles two young shopaholics, who are forced to face their problem head on with the help of a clinical psychologist who tries to guide them on the road to recovery. The profiled shoppers come in all types, ranging from an heiress who spends $30,000 a month to a woman who fills her home with products from the 99-cent store. Whatever they buy, the subjects are hoping to get the help they need to stop buying so much.
