Premise: You can still have your cake and eat it too. How? By transforming your favorite high-calorie meals into healthier dishes and still maintaining the flavor. That's the basic premise behind each episode of this series, which follows a female guest as she gets a specific menu tailored to her tastes by chefs Allison Fishman and Candice Kumai and cookbook author and expert baker Harry Eastwood. After six weeks of incorporating the changes, the participant is visited in her home by the hosts to check on her progress.
