Tired of taking part in re-created hunting scenes and set-up videos, Bass Pro Shops' TV production crew came up with a better way to make a hunting show. This one features wholly authentic hunts filmed as they happen using not one but two cameras. One camera operator shadows the hunter while another films the game and the hunt in general, leaving the hunters to hunt (and not ``fake it'' for TV), and the cameras do the rest. The format also allows viewers to pick up on small things such as eye movements, body language and the hunters' raw emotion, stuff that typically is lost with awkward scene changes and re-creates.
